We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team.

Several things distinguish our fund:

  • Market neutral strategy focused on money losing companies

  • Annualizing above 15% after fees and after taxes

  • Systematic -- fund combines five, unique strategies

  • Low/no correlation with equity markets and hedge funds indices

  • Capital protection in down markets

We have nearly two years of track record and have done minimal marketing.


Your qualifications will include:

  • A proven track record of raising capital from family offices, high net worth individuals, RIA’s, and strategic seeders.  We believe our tax efficiency engine and negative tax rates make our strategy especially attractive to individuals and organizations that pay taxes. 

  • 3 to 5 years experience raising capital for quantitative hedge fund strategies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Track record of raising institutional capital

  • A flexible, entrepreneurial, and creative mind set


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leverage and expand your relationships with family offices, HNWI’s, RIA’s, strategic seeders, and institutions

  • Collaborate with the firm’s partners to create and implement a business development plan and marketing strategy

  • Travel and independently host investor and prospect meetings, road shows, and other investor events


Compensation and other relevant details:

  • We prefer that you are based near NYC, Los Angeles, or Miami, but would consider other locations for an exceptional candidate

  • We will offer an aggressive performance based profit sharing plan and a program for equity ownership in the firm

  • We will also offer a salary, but intend the vast majority of your compensation will come from profit sharing and equity appreciation

  • We would consider a part time arrangement for an exceptional candidate
